Beet Juice


Ingredients: raw beet medium size - 3 pieces.

Cooking:

  1. Wash under running water and clean the roots.
  2. Cut into quarters.
  3. Place the juicer in the bowl.
  4. Turn on the juicer for five ― six minutes.

Hold the fresh juice in the fridge for two hours without closing the dishes with the lid. Remove the foam with a spoon. Strain the drink and pour into a clean container. Keep refrigerated. Preheat to room temperature before use.
