Cooking process

  1. Vegetables are washed and cut into small pieces, suitable for grinding in a blender.
  2. All chopped vegetables are ground in a blender until smooth.
  3. Spread the resulting puree in a saucepan and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add salt (1-1.5 tbsp. L.), Sugar (2-3 tsp.), Vegetable oil (150-170 g), 9% vinegar (1-1.5 tbsp. L.).
  5. The finished mixture should boil for at least an hour if it is prepared for long-term storage. If you plan to eat caviar immediately, then 40 minutes is enough for cooking.
  6. Hot caviar is laid in jars, rolled them up, turned over and wrapped in a towel.

How to cook caviar from squash in a slow cooker

Required Products:

  • 1 squash;
  • 2 sweet bell peppers;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 4 tomatoes;
  • 2 onions;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
