A power plant for the extraction of alternative energy resources began to be built in the Ukrainian city of Khmelnitsky. 
The Turkish company Emsolt Investments holdings Ltd. has become the investor for the construction. The power plant can reach up to 11 MW. Emsolt build their power plants not only in Khmelnytsky, but also in the Zhytomyr region. Their total capacity is about 20 MW. The main goal of the company is now considered the construction of a power plant with a capacity of about 100 MW.
