  • Sweet pepper.

  • A teaspoon of mustard.

  • A teaspoon of salt.
  • Half a spoon of ground black pepper.
  • 2 sprigs of parsley.

Cooking method:

  1. Wash and boil the beets, peel, chop and add to the salad bowl.
  2. Divide the cabbage into pieces and boil in salted water and pour it to the beets.
